The Planning Resource feature is a core component of Aletheia, designed to streamline event planning by allowing users to import and manage important files within the platform. Located on the left-hand side of the screen under the Event Dashboard option, this feature provides a centralized repository for all event-related documents.
Importing Files into Aletheia
To utilize the Planning Resource feature, users can import files into Aletheia using one of two methods. The recommended approach is to sync up cloud storage with the platform, allowing for the import of relevant files from cloud storage. This method creates an active link, ensuring that any changes made to the source file are reflected in the imported version. Alternatively, users can import files from their local storage, such as their computer, although this will result in a static document.
Organizing and Tagging Files
Once files are imported, users can organize and tag them for easy identification and filtering. Aletheia provides a list of descriptive tags, including budget, revenue, attendees, timeline, and more. Users can select the most suitable tag for each file, with the option to assign one tag per document. Multiple files can share the same tag, allowing for efficient categorization and retrieval.
Knowledge Management
The Planning Resource feature also includes a Knowledge Management capability, enabling users to designate specific files as knowledge sources. These files are then utilized by Aletheia's AI to generate insights and perform analysis, providing a personalized and efficient AI engagement. Users can mark files as knowledge sources by clicking the "Mark as Knowledge" option, although primary source files, such as the main budget file, are automatically designated as knowledge sources. It's worth noting that a single event can have up to 20 documents marked as knowledge sources.
Searching and Filtering Files
As the repository of files grows, the Planning Resource feature provides a search and filtering option to ensure seamless access to required documents. Users can search for files by name or by the person who added the file using the search bar. The filter dropdown menu allows users to find files using descriptive tags, and the search bar and filter can be used in conjunction for more specific searches.
